When you are about to write a will, it is worth thinking about a number of things, whilst this is not an exhaustive checklist, you should consider things like:

·        What assets you have

·        Beneficiaries

·        Executors, trustees, and Guardians

·        Division of your estate

·        Family business interests

·        Foreign property

·        Tax

·        Claims against your estate

When they make a will people also often consider powers of attorney as well and deal with those at the same time to cater for a situation if they lost the ability to run their own affairs before they die
